Salad  (melon, tomatoes, spring onions, herbs, ham)
 
Beetroot small ravioli stuffed with crab, coriander
 
Pan-sautéed chanterelle mushrooms, egg yolk, Bellota
 
Gaspacho (tomato, cucumber, sweet peppers) 

Crème brûlée with prawns (served cold)
